60 minute sessions one on one with Janine Jaber, Doctor of Physical Therapy. Sessions begin with in-depth conversation on your history and goals before a thorough evaluation of movement patterns, postures, flexibility, strength, balance, and endurance is conducted. Sessions conclude with exercise demonstration and in-depth conversation on what you can do to help reach your goals related to pain, physical functioning, sports performance, and healthy aging. Janine received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Simmons University in Boston before relocating to Marin County to start her practice as a Sports and Orthopedic Physical Therapist. Janine has specialty training in pelvic health physical therapy through the APTA. She has spent most of her career working with athletes across the lifespan (age 6-96) at a variety of competitive levels (recreational, division I, professional). Janine is deeply passionate about supporting her patients’ goals while prioritizing healthy aging throughout the process. Evidence-based physical therapy and biomechanics are cornerstones of Janine’s physical therapy and sports performance practice.
